问题管理模式是在管理中运用不断提出问题的方法,进而循序渐进地分析、解决问题的管理模式,此前被广泛应用于企业管理中。该院护理部初步将问题管理模式应用于护理质量管理中,做到问题管理模式系统化、日常化,从而进一步提高各项护理质量。

The problem management pattern is the way with proposing the problems unceasingly, and then analyzing and solving these problems. This pattern was always used by the enterprises. Now our nursing department uses the problem management pattern in the nursing quality management, and by implementing it in a systematic way in daily work, the nursing quality is improving.
