摘要
以青海甜燕麦种子为对象,研究比较不同的老化温度和时间条件对甜燕麦种子发芽率的影响,筛选确定燕麦种子进行人工加速老化测定的适宜条件,并建立标准化的测定程序。结果表明:加速老化法能反映种子在活力水平上的差异,经过40℃、42℃、44℃、46℃的人工加速老化,甜燕麦种子的平均发芽率由97%分别下降到46%、33%、19%、12%,种子发芽率与活力水平两者之间变化趋势相符,并筛选出燕麦种子加速老化处理的最佳温度是42℃,最适时间是36h。
A study on Arena sativa L. seed was conducted to analyze the change of germination percentage under the accelerated aging test and to find out a method of accelerated aging that fits for Arena sativa L.. The results showed that AA( accelerated aging)test was a good way to measure the vigor difference of oat seeds, After 40 ℃ ,42 ℃ ,44 ℃ ,46 ℃ accelerated aging treatment, the average germination percentage of oat seeds has decreased by 96% to 46% ,33%, 19%, 12% respectively. The suitable temperature of AA treatment for oat seeds was 42 ℃ and the time was 36 h.
