益母草鲜汁抗皮肤衰老的实验研究

Study on Anti-senility Effect of Fresh Juice of Herba Leonuri

目的:研究益母草鲜汁抗皮肤衰老的作用。方法:分光光度法分别测定益母草鲜汁对衰老模型小鼠皮肤和尾腱中羟脯氨酸含量和衰老大鼠皮肤中成纤维细胞含量影响。结果:益母草鲜汁能增加衰老模型小鼠皮肤和尾腱中羟脯氨酸的含量;与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.001);益母草鲜汁能明显增加衰老大鼠皮肤中成纤维细胞含量,与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:益母草鲜汁能增加衰老皮肤中羟脯氨酸和成纤维细胞的含量,达到美容的功效。

Objective： To study on the anti-senility effect of the fresh juice of herba leonuri. Method： The contents of the hydroxyproline in the tail tendo and skill of the mice, and the fibroblast in the skill of the mice were determined with spectrophotometer,respectively. Result： The hydroxyproline of skin and tail tendo in the experimental group was higher than that in the model group,which the difference was statistically difference （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The fihroblast in the experimental group was higher than that in the model group, which the difference was statistically difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The fresh juice of Herba Leonuri can increase the hydroxyproline and fibroblast in the senescent skin. Hence. it has some anti-senility effect of the skin.
