摘要
研究了间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)(RDP)、增容剂和增韧剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)/(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)合金阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,在PC/ABS合金体系中加入14份阻燃剂RDP,并配以适量的增容剂、增韧剂及其它助剂,可制得阻燃性能和力学性能优良的无卤阻燃PC/ABS合金,可满足轨道交通列车用内装饰材料的技术要求。
The effcct of resorcinol bis ( diphenyl phosphate) ( RDP), compatibilizer, plasticizer on the flame retardance of PC/ABS was researched. The results showed that PC/ABS blend system with non-halogen flame retardancy and good comprehensive mechanical properties could be obtained by adding 14 parts flame-retardant RDP,6 parts compatibilizer and other assistants. It could satisfy the requirements of interior material of railway industry.
