摘要 设计一种适用于发电厂的基于DSP+ARM的新型多通道热工监测与自动控制系统.该系统的硬件采用高速DSP芯片和高性能ARM微控制器作为核心器件,DSP承担热工数据实时检测和自动控制指令执行,ARM承担数据的分析、综合、管理和自动控制指令的产生,DSP与ARM之间采用基于HPI的通讯方式.DSP的软件采用C语言开发,固化在DSP系统的F lash存储器中,ARM的软件基于嵌入式L inux操作系统使用C++语言开发,嵌入式L inux操作系统和管理软件均固化在RAM系统的F lash存储器中.该系统能够实时、全面、高精度监测、管理和自动控制热工参数,既可以独立运行,也可以作为大型发电厂热工监测与自动控制系统的局域系统. A digital signal processing (DSP) and advanced RISC machine (ARM) based multichannel pyrology monitoring and autoeontrol system is designed for power plants in this paper. The system adopts high-speed DSP and advanced ARM micro-programmed control unit (MCU) as hard cores. The DSP takes on pyrology data sampling and control instruction implementing. The ARM takes on the analysis, synthesis and managements of data, and control instruction generation. The communication mode between the DSP and the ARM is based on host port interface (HPI). The DSP software developed with C language, it is saved in the flash-memorizer of DSP system; and the ARM software is developed with C + + language and based on embedded Linux operating system, it is saved in the flash-memorizer of ARM system together with the embedded Linux operating system. The system can monitor, manage and control all pyrology parameters in real-time with high-precision. It can self-govern independently, and can also acts as a local area intelligent system of large pyrology Monitoring and autocontrol system for power plants.
