摘要
《畜产品加工学》是一门实践性很强的专业课,为了提高学生的动手能力、培养创新人才,根据食品工业发展的要求和《畜产品加工学》的教育教学目标,针对以往实验教学的不足,提高《畜产品加工学》实验课教学中的实验内容、实验操作和教学管理的针对性、科学性和实效性。
Livestock Product Processes is a practical specialty course. In order to improve students" practical abilities and nurture creative talents, according to the requirements of food industrial development and the teaching target of Livestock Product Process, and considering the lack of experiments in previous teaching, this paper brings about the idea of scientifically enhancing experimental contents, operation skills and teaching management in this course.
