摘要
目的:观察柴胡桂枝汤、桂枝汤、小柴胡汤的免疫调节作用,以证实其合方中方与方间存在着功效的相加、协同或拮抗关系。方法:设柴胡桂枝汤、桂枝汤、小柴胡汤3个药物组和空白时照组,计算其对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率、迟发型变态反应的耳肿胀率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率。结果:药物组与对照组比较均能增加正常小鼠的脾淋巴细胞转化率、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞百分率、小鼠迟发型变态反应(P<0.05),柴胡桂枝汤的免疫调节作用优于小柴胡汤、桂枝汤(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝汤和小柴胡汤的免疫调节作用具有协同关系。
Objective : To observe the immunization of Chaihu - Guizhi Tang, Guizhi Tang and Xiao - Chaihu Tang, confirmed the combined, synergies or antagonistic relationship on the effection of immunization among those herbs. Method: To observe the effect of different herbs on mice by delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNFB( DTH ) , proliferous reaction of splenocytes , swollen degree of ears of experimental miceand mouse Carbin clearance experiment. Result: Compareing with the contral group, experimental groups can relieve the swollen degree grossly, increased the function of mono nuclaer -macrophage and the proliferous reaction (P 〈 0.05 ). The immunorepressive action of Chaihu - Guizhi Tang was better than Guizhi Tang and Xiao - Chaihu Tang ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Guizhi Tang and Xiao - Chaihu Tang have the synergies relationship on the effection of immunization.
