摘要
采用2-乙基己醇常压催化脱氢制备2-乙基己酸.进行了工艺条件试验,确立了较佳的工艺条件,产品得率>87%,产品纯度≥99%.
Ethylhexanoic acid is prepared by reacting 2-ethylhexanol with sodium hydroxide in the presence of alkali-earth metal catalyst and under atmosphere. The amount of the catalyst added has significant effect on the reaction rate and better technological conditions are established,which are as follows:molecular ratio of 2-ethylhexanol to sodium hydroxide:1.4∶1;temperature:210 ℃;reaction period:6H;under above conditions,the yield of product is over 87% and the purity is 99%.
