The payper uses the ideas of the modern industrial distribution, summarizes and analyses the problems of industrial distribution of Chongqing city from the point of the industrial distribution and the westward economic development. The paper points out that we should plan the programming as a whole, distribute in reason, exert the advantages and governmental function, collocate the resources between the districts, promote the interzone equity, and completely drive the development of Chongqing industrial economy.
