摘要
将表象训练法应用于排球教学中,经过实验组和对照组的教学实验对比,结果显示:采用表象训练法后,实验组学生学习排球的兴趣更大,积极性更高;教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用得到了充分发挥;动作形成的分化和信息反馈得到了提高,有利于建立正确的动作概念。说明在排球公选课中采用表象训练法,其教学效果明显高于传统教学法。
The findings that the idea training method is used volleyball teaching through experimental group and comparison groups show that students in the experimental group took more interest and higher enthusiasm, that teachers' leading role and students' main body function brought full play, that action differentiation and information feedback had been improved in favor of forming correct action concept. Use of idea training method in volleyball selective course will be more effective than traditional teaching method.
