发作期癫痫广泛皮层激活的功能磁共振成像表现一例 被引量:2

摘要 患者男,11岁,癫痫发作8年,以右下肢抽搐的单纯部分性发作为多,偶伴全身抽搐痉挛的单纯部分继发全面强直阵挛发作;头皮联合脑电同步功能(EEG)提示以左颞顶为主、伴双侧半球非同步频发3.5-4.5c/s棘波及棘慢波;常规结构MR未见明显异常。
