摘要
以轻型载货汽车变速器为例,根据设计要求与特点,建立了汽车变速器的优化设计数学模型,在保证零件强度与刚度等条件下,使变速器齿轮的质量最小,并应用LINGO10.0软件对某汽车变速器进行了优化设计,并与其它优化方法求解结果进行了比较。优化结果表明:采用LINGO10.0软件进行优化设计可获得全局最优解,从而缩短了设计周期、减轻质量,降低成本。
According to the design request and characters of a sort of truck, the optimum mathematical model of the truck 's gearbox was set up to decrease weight when the strength and stiffness of the parts are permitted. The truck's gearbox was optimized by Lingo10.0 software and the result was compared with other result obtained with other optimum method. The result manifests that the period can be shortened, the weight can be reduced and the cost can be lowered and a satisfactory global optimum result can be achieved through the parameters of the truck's gearbox with Lingo10.0 software.
