摘要
报道一种微量测定抗结核药物异烟肼的新方法,方法是基于异烟肼对鲁米诺-锰(Ⅱ)-高碘酸钾化学发光反应的增敏作用,建立了微量异烟肼的流动注射化学发光分析法。本法检测限(DL)是3 × 108g/mL;线性浓度范围为1.0×107~1.0×105g/mL;对1.0×106g/mL异烟肼的测定(n=6),相对标准偏差小于2%。
A sensitive and selective method for determination of isoniazide has been deve1- oped. It is based on 1uminol-Mn(Ⅱ)-KlO4 chemiluminescence reaction with isoniazide as a sensitizer. The detection limit is 3 ×108g/mL. The linear range of the working curves is 1. 0 ×107~1. 0 ×105g/mL. The relative standard deviation for determination of 1. 0 ×106 g/mL isoniazide is less than 2%.
