摘要 长期接触高浓度锰会引起锰中毒,但其神经毒性机制尚未完全清楚。本文就锰引起线粒体损伤、溶酶体损伤、细胞凋亡等方面的研究进展作一综述,探索毒性作用机制,为锰中毒的预防和治疗提供依据。 Manganese is one of the essential elements in human body, while brain has the highest amount. Manganese often centralizes in mitochondria, playing an important role in human metabolism. Long-term over exposure to manganese can lead to manganism, however, its neurotoxicity mechanism is still kept unclear. This paper will make an expatiation on various aspects, such as mitoehondrion damage, lysosome damage, free radical impairment, apoptosis, gene polymorphism and so on, that should be helpful to explore manganese neurotoxic mechanism, improve its prevention and therapy.
