摘要
从寄生于梨树的四川寄生Taxillus sutchuenenisis(Lecomte)Danser中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅰ),槲皮素3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactoside,Ⅱ),异槲皮苷(isoquercitrin,Ⅲ),槲皮苷(quercitrin,Ⅳ),芦丁(rutin,Ⅴ),没食子酸(gallic acid,Ⅵ),阿魏酸(ferulic acid,Ⅶ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅷ),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅸ)。化合物Ⅲ~Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Taxillus sutchuenenisis(Lecomte) Danser.Methods: Chromatography and spectrum analysis were employed to isolated and elucidate the chemical constituents in the plant.Results: 9 compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin(I),quervetin 3-O-β-D-galactoside(Ⅱ),isoquercitrin(Ⅲ),quercitrin(Ⅳ),rutin(Ⅴ),gallic acid(Ⅵ),ferulic acid(Ⅶ),β-sitosterol(Ⅷ),daucosterol(Ⅸ),respectively.Conclusion: Compounds Ⅲ~Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time.The work provide evidence for the exploitation and utilization of this plant resouce.
