摘要
介绍了湘潭电厂2台新建超临界机组的清洗工艺。经济技术比较选择碱洗、柠檬酸清洗,双氧水钝化的清洗工艺对炉前系统和锅炉本体串联清洗,取得优良的清洗钝化效果。机组首次点火吹管期间水冲洗用水省,水汽系统铁含量低,达标时间短,清洗质量优良证明清洗工艺正确可行。
The cleaning technology of two new build supercritical units in Datang Xiangtan power plant was introduced. By economic and technology comparison, alkali washing, citric acid cleaning, and hydrogen peroxide passivation cleaning technology were used to wash front furnace and boiler proper in series, passivation effect was excellent. Water consumption during the first ignition and blowpipe was reduced and iron content in water-steam system was low, meanwhile time required was short. Cleaning technology was proved to be feasible and the cleaning quality was superior.
