摘要
利用同质恢逐步增加恢复系粳性成份来扩大与籼型不育系遗传差异的方法,选育出偏籼型广亲和广谱强恢复系T136。经与籼型三系不育系配组鉴定,其组合杂种优势强、丰产性好,穗大粒多,结实率高,抗倒性强。配制的汕优136已通过省区试,在1996年生产示范中,出现了许多高产田块,最高产量达11.025t/hm2。
T136, developed from the cross of 'Liunanzhao A/Minghui 63' F 3 (isoplasmic restorer, as the female parent) and 02428 (japonica wide compatibility variety, as the male parent), is an indicaclinous wide compatibility restorer line with strong restoring ability and good combining ability. Compared with Minghui 63, it was 2~3 days later in heading, 20%~30% more in spikelets per plant. Its hybrids Shanyou 136 and Xieyou 136 had an obvious yield advantage of 4.30%, 8.34% over the check Shanyou 63, respectively, in Jiangsu provincial trials in 1996. In the productional demonstration of Shanyou 136, many high yielding examples emerged out, and the highest yield reached 11.025t/hm 2 in 1996. In general, it was 5%~10% higher than the check Shanyou 63 in average yield. Therefore, introducing some japonica genetic background and the wide compatibility gene into the isoplasmic restorer is a very effective approach to develop wide compatibility restorer lines with a greater genetic difference from indica CMS lines.
