需求因素与全球价值链形成——兼论发展中国家的“结构封锁型”障碍与突破

Demand Factor and the Formation of GVC——Obstacle and Breakthrough of Positional Block in Developing Countries

从需求因素视角入手,探析全球价值链的形成机制以及相关国家竞争力的来源,是在全球化背景下,认清发达国家与发展中国家之间的全球价值链分工体系以及俘获型"结构封锁"价值链治理关系形成的关键所在。通过对发达国家与发展中国家在不同层次需求市场的控制能力和本土企业自主创新能力的交互作用机制分析,本文解析了由于对需求控制能力的不同所导致的四种国家发展模式,并以四国(地区)为例深入探析了发达国家对发展中国家俘获型"结构封锁"关系的形成机制及其主要手段。在此基础上指出中国本土企业如何利用本土市场需求结构空间的转换与逐步高度化,突破发达国家俘获型"结构封锁型"价值链治理关系"陷阱"的策略选择。

This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of GVC and the source of national competitiveness from point of the view of demand factor. It also explains the GVC system and captive network relationship between developed and developing countries from the background of globalization. The paper aims to list four developing styles resulting from different control ability for demand market through analysis of the interaction mechanism of market power and innovation ability in local firms between developed and developing countries. Taken as examples for four countries, we probe into formation mechanism of positional block in GVC, which comes from market power and control ability to GVC. At last, we put forward the countermeasures for Chinese local firms to break through positional block through the utilization of structural transition.
