摘要
采用两级两相厌氧工艺处理高浓度甲醇废水。一、二级厌氧反应器均选用外循环(EC)厌氧反应器,结果表明以颗粒污泥作为两级厌氧系统的接种污泥,两级两相厌氧系统在50天内完成快速启动,水解酸化反应器的出水中的挥发性脂肪酸值(VFA)最高为14.6 mmol/L,废水中的甲醇以直接还原成甲烷为主要途径。两级厌氧系统总的COD去除率可达90%以上。
The two-stage and two-phase anaerobic process (TSTP) seeded with granular sludge is used to treat high-strength methanol wastewater. The trait of two-stage system is an external circulation anaerobic reactor (EC). Tests show that TSTP process can quickly start up within 50 days, and the maximum VFA concentration of hydrolytic acidification reactor effluent can be 14.6 mmol/L. In the biological process of methanol converted into methane, the direct production of methane from methanol is predominant. The total COD removal rate of the two-stage anaerobic process can reach over 90%.
