摘要
从经济学和市场学的角度出发,将规模经济、激励机制等理论与大用户直购电相结合,在深入研究我国开展大用户直购电的历史及现状的基础上,分析了目前大用户直购电的误区,详细阐述了当前我国大用户直购电存在的问题,最后提出了解决这些问题的思路,即建议从配套大用户直购电的法律法规、加强沟通、统一认识、完善电价机制、加强监管等方面解决问题,以促进大用户直购电的健康发展。
From the viewpoint of economics and marketing, combining the theories such as scale economics, excitation mechanism and so on with direct electric power purchase by large consumers and based on the history and present situation of performing direct electric power purchase in China, the authors expound the existing problems of domestic direct electric power purchase by large consumers, and propose the thinking to solve these problems, i.e., forming a complete set of laws and regulations matching with direct electric power purchase by large consumers, enhancing communication, unifying understandings, perfecting pricing mechanism, strengthening supervision, etc., to promote the healthy development of direct electric power purchase by large consumers in China.
