肺复康口服液对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of Feifukang Koufuye on Immune Function of Tumor-bearing Rats

本实验表明，肺复康对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官功能有显著促进作用。使腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能显著增强，溶血空斑及溶血素水平显著提高，并能显著促进ｃｏｎＡ、ＬＰＳ诱导下Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞增殖反应过程，降低小鼠耳肿胀度，对荷瘤小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有增强作用，而且对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长有显著抑制作用，抑瘤率近似于ＣＰＡ，具有很好抗癌性，与ＣＰＡ合用有协同作用。

Abstract The experiment shows that Feifukang is greatly effective in promoting immune function of tumorbearing rats,strengthening celiac macrophage phagocytic function,increasing the level of hemolytic plaque and hemolysin,and stimulating the reaction to reproduction of B lymphatic cells induced by Cona,LPS,reducing smelling of the rats’ears.The medicine signifcantly plays a role in reinforcing the immune function of cells and body fluid in tumor-bearing rats,and inhibiting the growth of tumor as well with its rate similar to CPA,showing excellent inhibiting effect of anticancer.If the medicine is used with CPA,the effect of it on the immune function can be lessened to some degree.
