摘要
研究了化学沉淀—微滤法工艺处理湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)废水的效果、实际运行中可能出现的膜污染及其解决方法。试验表明,化学沉淀─微滤工艺处理FGD废水,效果好、抗冲击负荷能力强、系统占地小、自控性强、易于操作,但随着系统的运行,污泥浓度会随之增大,从而导致膜污染,必须定期排泥和进行膜清洗。
The actual effect of chemical precipitation - microfiltration process for treatment of FGD wastewater was studied by experimet. The problem of membrane fouling during system operation period and its solutions were also discussed, The results showed that the effect of FGD waste water treatment is perfect using chemical precipitation- microfiltration process,which has advantages such as strong anti- shock loading capability, small aera occupied,easy auto - control and operation, But the membrane could be dirtied because of a high suspended solid and ions in original water and accumulated with the operation of the system. It can be solved by periodical sludge discharge and membrane cleaning.
