摘要
采用硅胶柱层析法分离精制茶多酚.以粗茶多酚为原料,采用硅胶为吸附剂,乙酸乙酯为洗脱剂,得到的茶多酚儿茶素总含量可达到90%以上,其中酯型儿茶素含量超过75%,EGCG最高接近60%,咖啡因含量可降低至不能检出.该方法操作简便,分离效果好,使用成本低.
The process of purification of crude tea polyphenols by column chromatography was investigated. The method was carried out with silica gel as adsorbent and ethyl acetate as elution. Thus, tea polyphenols was obtained which the content of catethin was over 90% and the total content of EGCG, GCG and ECG was over 75%, the content of caffeine was unchecked by HPLC. The results showed that this method was effective and simple.
