浅谈当前高职高专院校教研室建设

Construction of Teaching and Research Sections in Higher Vocational Colleges

分析了当前高职高专院校教研室人员结构、定位、作用以及管理方面存在的问题。结合本校的实际情况提出加强教育理论学习、师资队伍建设、工作环境建设、专业建设和教学资料建设等主要任务,依据建设内容学校应该采取教研室主任选聘与考核、教研室考核评价和建立激励机制等措施。

The article analyses the present problems of teacher structure, position, function and management of teaching and research sections in higher vocational colleges. It also proposes that the main tasks lying ahead are to strengthen the study of education theory, and to construct teaching team, working condition, specialty and materials. Now with the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges, colleges must take measures in selecting the heads of teaching and research sections in examining and evaluating teaching and research sections, and setting up incentive mechanisms etc..
