摘要
采用ICP—AES法,利用仪器定量分析程序中的峰值方式及轮廓扫描方式,对镧铈镨钕富集物中稀土主要成分及低含量稀土元素的测定进行了研究。结果表明,射频功率、载气流量、观测高度和进样浓度分别以1.0kW、1.0L/min、15mm和1.0mg/mL为最佳。回收实验结果表明,各元素回收率为90%~110%,RSD值小于10%,测定下限小于0.010%。
Quantitative analysis of peak - value and contour scan mode was used to determine the main components and low content of rare earth dements in La, Ce, Pr, Nd enrichment by ICP - AES method. The result showed that the radiofrequency power 1. 0 kW, plasma gas flow 1.0 L/min, observation height 15 mm and added sampling concentration 1.0 mg/mL were the best conditions for the method. Recovery experiment indicated that the recovery was 90% ~ 110% and the RSD was less than 10%, the lower limit of the determination was less than 0.010%.
