体外循环心脏手术围术期肺的炎性介质和氧自由基的变化及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究心肺分流术手术过程中肺的炎性介质和氧自由基的变化并探讨其意义。【方法】择期心脏瓣膜置换患者20例,在体外循环(CPB)前,主动脉开放心脏复跳1、3、5、10min 分别采右心房与肺静脉血检测中性粒细胞(PMN)、中性粒细胞粘附分子(CD11b)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-10(IL-10)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。【结果】血中上述物质的水平,肺静脉明显高于右心房,主动脉开放心脏复跳后各时点较 CPB 前显著性升高(P<0.05)。【结论】体外循环过程中肺的炎性介质和氧自由基显著升高,特异性地提示肺发生了炎性反应并可能造成不同程度的肺损伤。
