摘要
造船企业管子加工生产的生产模式可以归结为一种混合流水生产线。本文针对这类管子混合流水生产线,采用一种改进的免疫算法对生产过程进行调度,通过引入免疫记忆因子,有效实现了优良抗体基因的保留和利用,从而提高了算法收敛性和鲁棒性。通过利用管子生产厂实际生产模型进行仿真后发现,利用该算法得到的序列进行调度确实能够有效缩短管子最大流程时间和提高实际生产效率。
The manufacture model of tube product line in shipyard can be considered as Hybrid Flow Shop. Based on the model, this article use an improved artificial immune algorithm to solve the scheduling problem. By the using of immunity memory, the good antibody can be saved and can be made full use, consequently, the constringency and robust of the algorithm are improved. The result of the simulation by the production model of tube manufactory shows that the sequence of the job given by the algorithm can shorten the makespan and can improve the production efficiency.
