摘要
针对国内使用较多的4YW-2型玉米收获机工作效率低,不对行作业适应性差等问题,在原机型基础上对收获机割台、果穗输送装置及动力传递部件进行了改进。通过田间试验表明,改进后机型对玉米不对行收获适应性有所改善,同时降低了漏摘率、籽粒损失率和籽粒破碎率,为不对行玉米收获机械设计提供了参考依据。
Aimed at the low working efficiency of more domestically used model 4YW-2 corn harvester and poor adaptability in operation of incorrect line etc, in the original models based on the harvesting machine header, ear forwarder and power transmission components were improved. A field experiment was conducted to show that improved models for operation of incorrect line from corn planting improved adaptability, at the same time, reducing the ear-corn loss rate, the rate of loss of grain and grain crusher rate, which provided references for the mechanical design of the corn harvester of incorrect line.
