With TCD1200D as example, a general-purpose high-speed data acquisition method of linear array CCD is introduced. The circuit composition, implementation of data acquisition software and the software programming for displaying CCD signal waveform by adopting 19264 liquid crystal module are presented in detail, The result shows that the method is simple, practical and adaptable, and greatly simplifies the design of hardware circuits. It has been used in many data acquisition systems of high frequency signals, including Video signals.
