摘要
竞争与合作是组织发展的价值导向和运行机制,但过度竞争的学校组织在一定程度上导致了学校教育目标的偏离,组织结构的异化,组织文化的缺失和学校竞争的失范等负面效应。应正确认识竞争与合作的内涵和相应的运行机制,摒弃过度竞争意识,构建基于合作的学校组织发展框架,对学校组织运行和发展的合作创新机制进行组织再造,制定基于合作的教育政策,建立学校间的战略伙伴关系,形成共享的学校组织文化,建立扁平化学校组织结构,优化学校领导的角色与行为,以实现人与人、人与学校、学校与学校、学校与社会的协同发展。
Competition and cooperation are the value guidance and operational mechanism for the development of the orgnization. But the over-competition of school organization leads to some negative effects such as the departure from the school educational objective, dissimilation of organizational structure, deficiency of organizational culture and improper school competition to some extent. We should correctly recognize the connotation of the competition and cooperation and their corresponding operational mechanism, discard over-competition idea, and construct the cooperation-based development framework of school organization, carrying out organizational rebuilding of the cooperation and innovation mechanism of school organizational operation and development. We should also constitute cooperation-based educational policy, establish strategic partnership relations between schools, form sharing school organizational culture, build flat school organizational structure, and optimize the role and behavior of school leadership, carrying out the mutual development among people, schools and society.
