摘要
通过以"甲醇储罐火灾、爆炸"为顶上事件的事故树分析,确定了可能引起甲醇储罐火灾、爆炸的44种模式;通过道化学公司火灾、爆炸危险指数法分析,认为1个布置有3个300 m3甲醇储罐的储罐区的暴露半径为23.8 m;池火灾事故模拟分析结果显示,一旦发生池火灾,距该液池12 m范围内将有人员伤亡。并以此制定了甲醇储罐区火灾、爆炸危险的控制措施。
After a 'fault tree analysis' including the initial event of a 'methyl alcohol tank fire and explosion', 44 modes that might lead to methyl alcohol tank fire and explosion were discovered. According to a risk index analysis of fire and explosion released by Dow Chemical Company, the exposed semi-diameter of a tank area with three methyl alcohol tanks of 300 m^3 is 23.8 m. Test of mock pool fire shows that people inside a 12 m radius from the pool will be hurt if any pool fire occurs. Recommendations for controlling methyl alcohol tank fires and explosions are offered.
