摘要
研究了PPS/SiO2复合材料的蠕变行为,讨论了SiO2含量对复合材料普弹形变、高弹形变和黏流形变的影响。通过数值拟合的方法,得到了PPS/SiO2复合材料的松弛时间,通过松弛时间分析了共混体系中SiO2含量对PPS分子链段运动和大分子间滑移的综合影响。
The creep behavior of PPS/SiO2 composite was studied, the effect of SiO2 content on ordinary elastic deformation, high elastic deformation and viscous flow deformation of the composite were discussed. By fitting the creep curves, the relaxation time of composite was computed, and the effects of SiO2 content on the motion of the segments and slippage between macromolecules were analyzed.
