摘要
2008年北京奥运会为我国旅游业带来了前所未有的发展机遇,哈尔滨冰雪运动旅游应借助奥运会的举办契机加快发展。通过查阅大量的相关文献、访谈业内人士和对所得数据进行科学统计,认为哈尔滨冰雪运动旅游应抓住机遇制定"奥运会发展战略":传承北京2008奥运会"科技奥运、人文奥运、绿色奥运"的发展理念;打造哈尔滨冰雪运动旅游的品牌,进行形象设计和包装,制定2008年"北京奥运会"前后和迎接2009年"世界大学生冬季运动会"宣传策略;建立冰雪文化、体育产业支撑体系,进行全方位发展。
The unprecedented development opportunity to Chinese tourism is coming up with the Beijing 2008 Olympic games. The ice - snow sports in Harbin city should be developed with great efforts in virtue of the chance. After refering to large numbers of information, visiting special persons and making some scientific statistics from the obtained data, the article thinks that Harbin ice- snow sports tourism should be developed by catching the chance of Olympic development stratagem, succeed to the development idea of scientific, humanistic and green Beijing 2008 Olympic games, developing the Harbin brand of ice - snow sports tourism with visual design, constituting some sounding policy during the Beijing Olimpic games and 2009 world university winter games, upbuilding the sustentation system of ice - snow culture and sports industry.
