摘要
利用油气挥发损耗计算方法,结合葡北原油库的实际,对油品小呼吸蒸发损耗进行了计算,表明外浮顶罐如采用PSS50型二次密封替代传统二次密封可大大降低油品的蒸发损耗。鉴此,针对油库的实际情况提出了将外浮顶油罐传统的二次密封改为PSS50型二次密封,给拱顶罐加装呼吸阀挡板和加快研发实用的油气回收技术等项减少油气蒸发损耗的措施。
According to specific conditions of Pubei oil depot,oil and gas evaporation loss is calculated. Loss can be reduced significantly if PSS50 second- ary sealing replaces conventional secondary sealing. Based on the specific conditions,PSS50 secondary sealing is recommended for floating roof oil tanks. Other measures such as equipment of respiration valve for dome rood tank and development of oil & gas recovery technology are also recommended.
