12例白血病合并侵袭性真菌感染患者的护理

The nursing of 12 leucemia combined with invasive infections with fungi patients

目的探讨自血病合并侵袭性真菌感染患者的护理。方法对12例患者给予心理护理，加强卫生宣教、饮食管理、高热的护理、排痰的护理，保持呼吸道通畅，正确采集痰标本及时送检、用药的观察。结果12例患者通过上述护理方法，3例治愈，7例好转出院，1例呼吸衰竭死亡。结论本组12例患者通过有效的治疗和护理，提高了患者治愈率，提高了患者的生存率及生活质量，效果较理想。

Objective To evaluate the nursing care of leukemia patients accompanied with invasive fungus infection. Methods 12 patients were given psychological nursing care, high fever nursing care, diet control, and strengthened hygiene instruction, sputum discharge instruction was also given to the patients, in order to keep them breath smoothly. Collect the sputum specimen correctly, send it away immediately, and observe the effects of anti fungus medicine. Results 3 patients were cured, 7 patients were improved, 1 patient died of respiratory failure. Conclusion Effective treatment and deblicated nursing care improved patients quality of life, and also raised the patients＇ cure rate and survival rate.
