摘要
基于形式语义学理论分析了IEC 61970标准规定的公用信息模型语义空间的互操作性,介绍了IEC 61970对资源描述框架(resource description framework,RDF)进行的模式扩展和语法简化情况。针对RDF难以完备表达语义信息模型的缺点,提出利用基于描述逻辑的本体网络语言实现较完备的IEC 61970语义信息模型,分析了其概念定义公理、概念约束公理和属性约束公理的构建方法,以及进行基本逻辑推理的方法和特点。实例表明,结合本体技术构建语义信息模型可以较好地弥补RDF在语义表达上的不足。
Based on formal semantic theory, the interoperability of semantic space of common information model (CIM) specified in IEC 61970 is investigated, the schema extension and syntax simplification of resource description framework (RDF) in IEC 61970 are presented. To remedy the defect that RDF can hardly completely express the semantic of CIM, the implementation of more complete IEC 61970 semantic information model by ontology Web language based on description logic (OWL DL) is proposed and the approach to establish the conception definition axiom, the conception constrain axiom and the property constrain axiom as well as the method and features to conduct basic logical reasoning are analyzed. Case study results show that constructing semantic information model by combining with ontology technology can remedy the insufficiency of RDF in semantic expression.
