满足欧-Ⅲ排放标准4100直喷式柴油机的配气相位优化计算 被引量:1

摘要 采用AVL BOOST性能预测软件建立了4100直喷式柴油机的计算分析模型,具体分析了配气相位对整机性能的影响,确定了合理的配气相位。根据优化后的配气相位对原机进行调整和试验,并对改进前后的性能进行比较,结果表明:改进后的功率得到了一定的提高,但油耗率比原机稍高一些,因此是在牺牲了一定的经济性的前提下使排放大大地降低,这与工作过程计算的结果是十分吻合的。 The calculation and analysis model of 4 100 direct injection diesel engine was made by simulation software AVL BOOST. This paper studied the effects of valve timing on the performance of 4 100 direct injection diesel engine, and then confirmed appropriate valve timing. Valve timing of original engine was adjusted by optimization result, and then the experiment was carried out to compare the performance of engine ameliorated with original one. The results show that the power of engine ameliorated is improved, but the BSFC rises a little, so the emission of diesel engine is reduced a lot by wasting certain economy performance, which tallies well with the results of operating process calculation.
