摘要
针对山西省电力公司10kV及以上配网生产管理系统建设过程中所遇到的实际问题,提出了配网管理系统技术实现要点和难点,并指出配网管理系统一定要采用新技术,进行标准化建设,为提升配网管理水平提供先进的技术支撑。
Aiming at the actual problems of SEPC distribution network production management system, the essential and difficulty of above 10 kV technique realization are proposed. It is pointed out that the fresh technique is important to the standardization building, and the improvement of distribution network management.
