急诊EICU-2534例病人临床护理分析

CLINICAL NURSING ANALYSIS FOR 2534 PATIENTS IN EMERGENCY INTENSIVE CARE UNIT OF EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

[目的]EICU是急诊科的重症监护室,是急诊医学及护理发展的一个重要工作模式及流程的延续。《中国护理事业规划发展纲要》中提出,要优先发展急诊专科护士,而EICU是急诊专科护士培训中不可缺少的重要训练基地。[方法]对四川大学华西医院急诊科EICU2006年7月～2007年6月的2534例患者进行临床护理分析。[结果]本组10大类疾病中,排在前5位的疾病依次为,呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、中毒、血液系统疾病和消化系统疾病。[结论]旨在为EICU护理及专科培训提供临床指导。

[Objective] Emergency intensive care unit （EICU） is an important working modeand continued processes of the emergency medicine and nursing development. ＇Nursing Development Plan in China＇, specialty emergency nurses was put forward to prior development, while EICU is an indispensable training base for specialty emergency nurses. [Methods] 2 534 patients were conducted with clinical nursing analysis in EICU of emergency department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from June 2006 to July 2007. [Results] Among the 10 kinds of diseases, diseases ranking first to fifth were disease of respiratory system, disease of cardiovascular system, acute poisoning, hematologic disease and disease of digestive system. [Conclusion] This study has provide clinical guidance for EICU nursing care and specialty nurse training.
