摘要
为了解决Ag-La2NiO4基电触头在使用过程中的瞬态温度场研究问题,通过对使用过程中闭合电弧→接触电阻焦耳热→分断电弧→自然冷却过程的理论分析,建立了一个统一描述电触头使用过程中瞬态温度场计算的模型。通过电接触试验机和相关试验的测试、分析和计算,得到了瞬态温度场模型计算中所需的基本参数。在此基础上,采用有限元方法进行了计算,得到了瞬态温度场的分布和演化特点。通过分析计算结果,发现瞬态温度场对于电触头的侵蚀机理、使用寿命等方面的研究具有重要的意义。
A finite element calculation method was used to solve the transient temperature field problems of Ag-La2NiO4 base electrical contacts during operation. A uniform transient temperature field model of electrical contacts operation was established by academic analysis of close arc→ contact resistance Joule heat→ open arc in operating process. Fundamental parameters of transient temperature field calculation were obtained by electrical contact experiments , as well as other correlation experiments and calculation analyses. The finite element method was applied to calculate the transient temperature field. The features and distribution of the transient temperature field were obtained. According to the analyses and research results , it was found that the transient temperature field is important for research about the nature of erosion and lifetime.
