摘要
将液相化学沉积法合成云母钛珠光颜料剖析为Ti4+的水解和水解产物(TiO2·nH2O)在云母表面沉积两个过程。从Ti4+的水解机理和结晶动力学两方面分析了影响云母钛合成的主要因素:反应体系的pH值、温度和Ti4+浓度。对各主要因素进行了实验考察,得到了合成云母钛的较佳工艺条件,即反应体系的pH值为2.0~2.2,反应温度为75~80°C,Ti4+浓度为3.1cg/L。同时,对TiO2在云母表面的沉积机理进行了探讨。
In this paper it was put forward and proved that preparation of TiO 2 mica was included hydrolysis of Ti 4+ and deposition of TiO 2 · n H 2O on the surface of mica.The main controlling factorsinfluencing preparation were analyzed from kinetics of Ti 4+ hydrolysis and crystallization dynamics;they were pH,temperature,and concentration of Ti 4+ .These factors were investigated in detail through experiment.The optimum conditions were obtained ,pH 2.0~2.2,temperature 75~80°C,and concentration of Ti 4+ 3.1 c g/L.Meanwhile,it was also discussed the deposition mechanism of TiO 2· n H 2O on the surface of mica.
