虎皮兰色素提取条件的研究

Study on the Extraction Conditions of Pigment From Sansevieria trifasciata Prain

以虎皮兰为原料,对虎皮兰色素用水、乙醇、乙醚和丙酮等作为浸提剂进行了筛选,并对虎皮兰色素提取条件进行了研究。结果表明:提取色素的最佳条件为:40%乙醇作为最佳浸提剂;料液比为1∶20(g/mL);pH5,浸提温度60℃,超声波提取20min,效果最佳。

Used Sansevieria trifasciata Prain as raw material, pigment was extracted by the diffusion solvent such as water, Alcohol, Ether, Acetone and so on. The results showed that the optimum extracting condition is that the best solid -liquid ratio is 1 ： 20 g/mL, 40% Alcohol which pH value is 5, the temperature 60℃ and the ultrasonic waves diffusion 20 minutes.
