摘要
论述了如何利用废聚苯乙烯泡沫通过改性、增塑合成铸造用粘结剂的工艺过程。并通过实验验证了混合溶剂的配比,改性剂、增塑剂的用量等对粘结剂粘结性能的影响,确定了最佳的试剂配比及合成工艺,并对型砂的性能作出初步探讨。
The process that how to make use of polystyrene foam make the binder of casting through modification and plasticized is discussed. By testing the effect of mixed solvent, the amount of modifier and plasticizer on the adhesive properties are verified. The best ratio of reagents and synthesis is determined, the properties of EPS molding sand are discussed.
