摘要
通过分析人性化服务在提高医院核心竞争力中的重要地位,强调通过营造高品位的服务和人文关怀的医院文化氛围,为病人提供超期望的服务,并通过提高护士的整体素质,强化其为病人提供人性化服务的意识和主动性,实现二者的互动。
This article analyzed the important role of humanity service in the improvement of hospitals' core competition ability, and emphasized that the hospital should provide service fitful to the patients' expectation through providing high - quality service and developing humanity hospital culture, and strengthen nurses' consciousness and activity to provide patients with humanity service through enhancing nurses' general quality.
