新农村建设中农业区域规划问题的思考——以拜泉县为例

Study on Agricultural Regional Planning During Socialist New Countryside Construction——A Case From Baiquan Contry in Heilongjiang Province

2006年中央一号文件提出建设社会主义新农村的战略目标,农业区域规划对于发展生态农业,特色农业以及农业结构的调整方面具有重大的意义。文章从分析农业区域规对新农村建设意义入手,以黑龙江省拜泉县为例,从经济生态学、比较优势以及区域分工方面提出了农业区域规划的理论依据,最后提出对其他地区发展农业的启示。

2006 “No.1 document” of central government proposed the strategic objective of socialist new countryside construction, it has great significance for the agricultural regional planning to develop ecological agriculture, the characteristic agriculture as well as the agricultural structure adjustment. Thc paper starts with analyzing the vital role of agricultural regional planning during socialist new countryside construction, taking the Baiquan County, Heilongjiang Province as an example, proposed the theory basis of agriculture regional planning by the ecological agriculture, the comparison superiority and the regional division, finally proposed enlightenments to other local.
