摘要
教师的专业化发展是教师教育研究的核心内容之一。学习型组织理论关照下的教师专业化发展,就是教师通过改善心智模式、建立共同愿景和团队学习,形成系统思考从而实现自我超越的过程。促进英语教师专业化发展的策略选择是:建立自主的专业化发展模式,建立学习型组织模式,开展五项修炼,在协作基础上学习、反思和研究。
How to promote teachers' professional development has become one of the focuses of educational reforms and teacher-education research. From the point of view of the theory of learning community, teachers'professional development is a process in which teachers transcend themselves by improving their thinking modes, scheming shared prospects, participating in teamwork learning, and forming systematic thinking. In this sense, strategies for EFL teachers' professional development involve the construction of a model for teachers' autonomous, professional development, the establishment of an organizational system for the learning community, the practice of teacher training in five aspects, and the cooperation-based learning, reflection and research.
