基于LabWindows/CVI的碳氢燃料燃烧测控系统

摘要 设计、构建了液、气碳氢燃料燃烧试验台测控系统。该试验台能够实现多种燃料在不同功率和空燃比下的燃烧试验。测控软件基于LabWin-dows/CVI编写,可实现参数设置、控制与检测设备、采集和数据处理。采集过程采用异步定时器,能有效防止数据丢失。为了确保试验安全,程序中设计了操作顺序和异常情况处理功能。系统具有开发周期短、使用方便、易升级的特点。 A measuring and controlling system was constructed for gaseous and liquid hydrocarbon fuel combustion. The combustion experiments can be carried out at various fuel and air - flux representing different air ratio and heat power density. The system was programmed under LabWindows/ CVI to set test conditions, control and monitor equipments, acquire and process data. Acquiring data with asynchronism timer can avoid dropping data. The testing safety was assured by setting control sequence and dealing with abnormity condition. The testing system has been proved of a short development period, easy to use and maintenance.
