分析了项目合同执行过程中导致承包商提出索赔的原因,详细地介绍了索赔处理的程序,对索赔的计算进行了深入探讨,以处理好工程施工过程中的索赔问题,从而为工程顺利实施创造条件。
Based upon analysis of the reasons caused the contractors＇ demands on claim in fulfill process program is introduced in detail for claim treatment. Further disosssion is also dicussed for claim calculation,in order to deal with claims properly to ensure smooth running of engineering.
