摘要
隐性乳房炎是奶牛高发病之一,对奶牛及奶业发展造成了重要影响。该文对奶牛隐性乳房炎的发病原因、发病规律、诊断方法、预防措施等进行了探讨,并介绍了基因疫苗和细胞因子在乳房炎预防中的作用,以及PCR与蛋白组学方法在奶牛乳房炎诊断方面的应用。
Subclinic mastitis is one of the most common harmful diseases of milk cow,which has greatly influenced the development of cow industry over the world. This article reviewed thecauses of subclinic mastitis,the occurrence pattern,diagnosis methods and prevention measures of subclinic mastitis. Meanwhile, the author introduced the function of gene vaccine and cytokine in the prevention of mastitis as well as the use of PCR and proteomics in the diagnosis of mastitis intentionally.
