中药现代化研究新思路——天然药物化学与生物学研究相结合

New Research Idea for the Modernization of TCM——Experience of Combing the Medicinal Chemistry of Natural Products with Biology in Natural Products Research

天然药物化学是支撑天然药物研究的基础,也是中药现代化研究中的关键科学问题。但目前天然药物化学研究存在与生物学研究结合不紧密的问题。本文从天然药物化学的发展现状、存在问题、解决对策等角度集中阐述了天然药物化学与生物学相结合中应该注意的问题,并介绍了国内外最新的天然药物成功研究实例,希望对我国天然药物研究起到推动和促进作用。

The medicinal chemistry of natural products is the foundation of natural product research and the key scientific problem of TCM modernization. Now there are some problems in combing the medicinal chemistry of natural products with biological research. This article focuses on the current condition, problems and probable solutions of combing the two fields in order to promote the development of natural products research. The newest worldwide successful cases in natural products research are also introduced here to give some advices.
